I work as an editor, writer and translator (I am fluent in Italian), across a range of clients and briefs. Alice is the heart and head of Latteria Studio in Rome, the sunniest, funnest, most welcoming spot to cook with friends old and new. Alice is a food stylist, writer, champion of sustainable eating and food consumption, she runs the Market to Table cooking workshops with pals Carla Tomasi and Rachel Roddy. Alice is penning her first cookbook about the joys of shopping and cooking the fresh produce of our local markets and I have had the enviable job of testing many of her delicious recipes.
